Health is the dynamic process of becoming the person one wants to be while upholding the ideals of Christian faith across one’s lifespan. Nursing Education is a holistic discipline that facilitates the Person’s acquisition of attitudes, knowledge, and skills towards professional nursing practice and a Christian quality of life. The Practitioner in Nursing is one who has acquired attitudes, knowledge, and skills in order to continually respond constructively to the changing needs of the profession, the health care delivery system and society. The baccalaureate program is aimed at developing students to become well-balanced and well-adjusted needs of the community, country and the world. It is also aimed at preparing them for effective and personally satisfying service as a nurse generalist and providing them with a foundation for graduate study.
