An engineer from this specialty is trained to respond to the new challenges of food through the mastery of tools, always more and more innovative. It is, for example, able to implement large-scale actions in order to induce a change in consumer behavior in the public health sector or to verify the health claims linked to new food products, with actors from the world of the food industry.
